Tayler brings a strong background in education, leadership, coaching, and business to her work in the insurance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science as well as a Master of Business Administration.

Before transitioning into insurance, Tayler spent three years working at the collegiate level followed by five years as a high school teacher and head softball coach at Bushland and West Texas High School. Her experience as an educator and coach strengthened her communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills while reinforcing the importance of trust, preparation, and serving others. Her dedication to coaching earned her recognition as the District 1-3A Coach of the Year in both 2024 and 2025.

As a wife and mother of two, Tayler understands the importance of protecting what matters most and planning for the future. She is passionate about helping individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their unique needs and goals. Tayler strives to make the insurance process simple, honest, and personalized while providing exceptional service every step of the way.
